Kevin Lipps
As CEO, Kevin Lipps leads Lipps Electric with a vision focused on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its team, embraced new technologies, enhanced training, and continued investing in systems that help serve Greater Cincinnati homeowners and businesses more efficiently.

Having worked alongside his father since 2002, Ronnie Lipps brings more than two decades of hands-on electrical experience to Lipps Electric’s field operations. Tom Lipps

Brett Hardtke
While not a Lipps by name, Brett Hardtke has become an integral part of the Lipps Electric leadership team through years of dedication, professionalism, and technical expertise. As Project & Installation Manager, he oversees larger residential and commercial electrical projects from planning through completion.
Working closely with homeowners, builders, project managers, and installation crews, Brett coordinates complex electrical installations while ensuring projects stay on schedule, meet code requirements, and reflect Lipps Electric’s commitment to quality workmanship.

Services listed are covered by a Limited Warranty from the Manufacturer and Ron Lipps Electric Service, LLC. The Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the duration outlined on the invoice.
